When you arrive for your first visit please be prepared to complete all insurance and health information forms or download off website and have ready to present that day. Please have information about any past x-rays and bring your current dental insurance card.
A comprehensive dental exam is performed which will give us a starting point for your ongoing dental care. We will clean your teeth, generally, diagnostic x-rays will be taken, allowing your doctor to examine your mouth for teeth decay, periodontal problems, jaw problems and any signs of oral cancer.
